Sunday Guests
Thank you for exploring our website. We recognize that your interest in our website may lead you to visit us on one of our Tempe campus. So, when someone is trying to learn about the church community where they are seeking Christ, it helps to be able to be provided with information about the church's beliefs and its programs. It is at this point that we may determine how well the church community lives out what it says it exists to do.
When you visit us you will be met by people who are genuinely interested in you. You will find them standing nearby at a Connection Center, near the front door of our Worship Center a
nd in our Fellowship Hall where people gather to catch up with each other about their week.
The Connection Center is clearly identified and located on a main walkway leading to our Worship Center. The Connection Center team is a group of people who are eager to share the kind of information that members and newcomers alike might need in order to identify an appropriate connection, including brochures and flyers of upcoming events and activities. Stop by the Connection Center and let us serve you by answering your questions and encouraging your heart!
Our Sunday Hosts are present near the front door to our Worship Center to help orient our Sunday guests because we recognize that it may be difficult to orient yourself to a new environment. It can be anxiety producing to locate the Worship Center or a children's environment or a restroom, so we hope to offer assistance to anyone who is new to our campus in finding the locations of people whom they need to meet in order to settle in for their time with us. Our Hosts are the kind of people who are approachable and they expect to be asked questions, so please feel free to ask them anything that you would like to know more about.
Our Fellowship Hall is open during our Sunday worship services to encourage people to make a connnection with one another. With a beverage in hand or a sweet bread in our mouths, we are able to relax better; a great antidote to our 'hurry up technological age.' People matter and we want people in our midst to know that they matter to God and to us. Stop by the Fellowship Hall and visit with us.
Sometimes a visit to a new church campus for worship will generate questions in someone's mind about what we believe and how we are connected in fellowship with other churches. We are an Anglican Christian Community and our core doctrine is contained in the 39 Articles of Religion. Please check out our affiliation with The Anglican Mission in the Americas. We are glad to serve you in any way that we can!
