Catechesis for the Christian Life

Introduction

At Living Faith we worship and follow Jesus in the Anglican Way through community, formation, and mission.  Within this framework for our local congregation, a calling upon our clergy is to catechize the people of the church, particularly as it relates to their formation as disciples of Jesus.  The “Catechesis for the Christian Life” (CCL) program is designed to provide the essential instruction that each person needs in order to believe the Gospel, to practice their faith in Jesus, and to grow into spiritually mature Christians.

With Holy Scripture, the Book of Common Prayer, and the Anglican Catechism as the foundation, this program includes six key courses, each building on the one before it: Following Jesus, Receiving the Sacraments, Knowing and Loving God, Living a Life of Virtue, Committing to the Church, and Leading Well.

CCL 101: Following Jesus

 CCL 202: Receiving the Sacraments
